A few weeks ago, Melissa was kind enough to let Marianne, Jesse and I use some of her tickets for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert. It was unbelieveable! The choir was fantastic, as always, and Renee Fleming - the Soprano Sololist who appeared as well - was wonderful to listen to. There's nothing better than the MoTab Choir at Christmastime. (Except for maybe Disneyland at Christmastime, but I haven't experienced that yet, and Melissa and Mike are on their way with Mar and Jesse to experience it now... lucky!) Claire Bloom, a well-known British actress, did some great narrations, although the story of the little girl with the bell was a little unnerving. Okay, it was downright creepy. But it was still awesome to be there! Even if we did almost freeze to death waiting to get in the conference center...
