hehehe, yes, this walker is locked up to a pipe with a bike lock. first of all, why cant you keep it in you apartment when you are that old. second, you have to walk a set of 15 stairs to get it, and another like 45 to get to the bottem... go figure. Some of the things the old people do here in Estonia
