Well, we finally did it. Melanie and I finished our crazy race, the Wasatch Back Relay - a 177-mile, 24-hour relay race from Logan to Park City. It was a very intense experience! We both ran three of the 36 legs of the race, running in the heat of the evening, the middle of the night, and the morning. We got little sleep, spent many hours in the race van, and had extremely hot days and a quite chilly night. Our team managed to complete the race in around 27 hours, and it was a relief when it was over. But overall, it was a great experience!
Ask us today, and we'd probably tell you this was an experience we'd only want once. But ask us in six months, and we might give you a different answer!

Good grief... did we REALLY do that????
Man. As much as I'm not into running, every time I see one of those races it almost inspires me to become a runner. Hehe.
You are Super Women! I hate running! I can barely get a mile off walking! I'd much rather hop on the eliptical. WAY TO GO!!! You are awesome
DUdE! I got into my own little world here and totally forgot you guys were out there sweating that one day/evening/night/morning/month/year. Wow! I'm so so so so sooooooo proud of you. you rock! yea!!!!!!
Mar, I am so proud of you! Wish I could've been there to cheer you on and throw Gatorade on you. You're my hero. But pray tell, why is it you can run a crazy race like this but you won't run St. George with me? :) Are you afraid you'd leave me in the dust and I'd hate you forever? I love you too much to let that happen. I miss you, pal!
