All of us Sloan girls went out on Saturday and had a "tea party" at the British bakery and tea room downtown. We tried a bunch of traditional English food, like meat pies, Cadbury hot chocolate, scones with cream and jam, shortbread, a tart, and even trifle. (We
did share all that...) It was a fun and girly afternoon!

And here was a surprising note posted in the London Market...Kinder Eggs are banned in America by the FDA! How sad is that?

Okay, Mar, promise you will take me here the next time I come to visit. I'm so jealous!
Dude, it looks like I ate 4 plates of food! Haha! That's awesome!
wow, everyone looks so surprised there was a camera there.
looks like so much fun!
i was saying "boourns"
THANK you for moving the pic of the superbowl garbage down. Hehe.
And why are Kinder Eggs banned? Dangerous with the toys inside?
Yeah, I'm guessing they're banned because of the fact that they're intended for children, and they often have toys with impossibly tiny parts inside. Stupid FDA.
oh heck, we'll have to get you some kinder eggs in Germany next time we go! Man, you girls (including soogs) are hotties! I love ya!
curse you kinder bueno! you were my downfall on my study abroad in london. i am so glad i haven't found a place in boston that sells them!
