Mar used to blog, once upon a time. Then it got blocked at the office for some bogus reason (honestly. There was no offensive content on her blog. I'm pretty sure.), and I think that kinda killed it for her a bit. Well, it's blocked no more.
It's been close to 5 years since Marianne and Jesse got married. (Where does the time go?) For a long time it's been like Jesse was just part of the gang. The Sloan kids have had lots of fun times playing over the years. To be honest, they've sort of been a great part of why we have so much fun together-- they're always inviting and making others a part of the good times. (Think of the many camping trips, for starters...)
With the addition of Addie to the family, it feels (to me, at least) much more like they are their own family unit. Still part of the gang, but more distinctly their own branch of both the Knight and Sloan clans.
So I felt it appropriate to help get a new blog rolling for them, using the domain that Jesse registered for Mar nearly 3 years ago. Of course they can still post here as they see fit, but how great for them to have their own blog to keep people up to date on their own little family specifically.

Oh and Mar, Jesse: the ball's in your court to update your own blog ;) I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be looking forward to it!

Yeah, I guess it's not like we can totally just throw Addie into the Sloan kid mix, can we? :) Here's hoping she's a good camper, though. Thanks for getting the blog going...I'll do my best to get into the blogging habit again. :)
It's on my favorite list already. Now Mike will show me how to start my own blog so I'm a contributor from time to time. Love everyone, and I'm in love with our little Adelaide!
